- Experience: Appropriate educational background in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy)
- Pay: Base pay of $37.86/hour plus experience-based adjustments
- Benefits:
- Up to $2,500 relocation allowance (receipts required)
- Sign-on bonus of $1,000 to $5,000 paid upon first pay period, with additional $2,000 after 1-3 years of employment
- Comprehensive benefits package (details discussed upon application)
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing units
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech charting system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy
- Participate in weekend rotation roughly every 4-5 weekends
Required:
- Valid Kansas Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during scheduled shift
- Professional scrubs attire, any color
- Prior outpatient and inpatient physical therapy experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
