Patient Experience Specialist
$22-25/hr
Remote ( Must live in FL, AL or OK )
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention. The Patient Experience Specialist actively listens to patients' concerns, provides tailored solutions, and employs proven retention strategies to foster loyalty. The position involves engaging with potential and current patients, guiding them through decision-making, and analyzing patient feedback to continuously improve the experience. This is a 3-month temp-to-permanent opportunity that is fully remote, offering a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits. Requirements:
- 3-4 years of healthcare customer service or inbound sales experience
- Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of CMS compliance guidelines and healthcare industry trends
- Build rapport with prospective and current patients, making them feel valued and understood
- Educate patients on service offerings and address concerns to facilitate decision-making
- Record interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on patient inquiries or grievances
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage disenrolled or dissatisfied patients using retention strategies
- Analyze patient satisfaction data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to optimize patient experience initiatives
- Monitor and report on patient satisfaction scores, developing action plans as needed
- Support the design and delivery of communication plans and patient programs
- Stay informed on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily activities
