Technical Support Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a local client.
The Technical Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support for end u by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and audiovisual issues. This role is responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems, configuring devices and user accounts, supporting video conferencing and collaboration technologies, and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations. The specialist works closely with employees to resolve technical problems, deliver user training, document support activities, and escalate complex issues when needed, helping to maintain a secure and productive technology environment across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
