We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll play an essential role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary customer contact via phone and email.
• Enter and manage customer orders within our ERP/MRP system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling, and Shipping to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Monitor inventory and communicate potential shortages or delays.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and order changes through resolution.
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and order documentation.
• Assist with quotes, sample requests, and new product inquiries.
• Track open orders and support on-time delivery performance.
• Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
• Crosstrain in other office functions to provide team support.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
