Job Description Personal Injury Associate Attorney Location: Houston, Texas Experience: 2-9 Years Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure A well-established litigation firm in Virginia is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 2-9 years of experience to join its growing plaintiff-side practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage meaningful injury cases while working closely with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative environment. 1st chair experience a ++ Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses Conduct depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations Work closely with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses Prepare cases for trial and assist in courtroom proceedings Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy Qualifications: 2-9 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred) Licensed and in good standing with the TexasState Bar Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills Experience managing cases independently with support from senior attorneys Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment What the Firm Offers: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Supportive team environment with mentorship and growth opportunities Exposure to meaningful trial work and hands-on case management This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to grow their litigation skills and gain significant responsibility within a respected personal injury practice.
