Marketing Manager (human) Neura Robotics • Detroit Creativity Meets Strategy The marketing team is the creative hub of our company, blending design, strategy, and communication like an in-house agency. This is where the ideas and concepts come to life, making our products and brand visible worldwide. From designing the robots to marketing them, all aspects converge in marketing. With our own video and photo studio, we professionally showcase content for social media, online campaigns, and presentations. At the same time, marketing is responsible for planning and organizing all global events, whether they’re international trade shows or partner events. This area combines creative thinking with strategic planning, always aiming to deliver impactful messages, equip the Business Partner Unit with compelling marketing material, and create memorable experiences. Marketing is not just the stage but also the engine that represents our company to the outside world. We are looking for an experienced and motivated all‑round Marketing Manager (human) who thinks differently to the masses and who uses all marketing opportunities to further drive our growth. Your tasks: You are responsible for the planning, creation, maintaining and measurement of our marketing activities for B2B customers, campaigns and customer retention in English and German for various on‑ and offline channels (website, online events, fairs, PR etc.) Actively connected to publications, associations, and industry groups. Shape the brand awareness by creating corporate and product messaging and positioning and defining the value proposition for global audiences. Ensure continuous quality output for all materials in line with style guides, four‑eye principle, proper research, etc. Edit and revise content from the perspective of the intended audience(s) and conduct interviews with internal or external stakeholders, in order to produce quality content. Monitor market and competition. Develop marketing material (online/offline) mainly for B2B, and also B2C. Create demand along the customer journey with additional content creation such as white papers, how‑to guides (video, PDF), use cases, competitive comparisons as well as ROI justification. What can we look forward to: You have a holistic view and knowledge of marketing strategy, planning and execution, business and product strategy, and processes with the ability to help shape and influence the long‑term vision and strategy for the product portfolio based on a deep understanding of customer needs. You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of marketing and a very good understanding of digital and traditional marketing concepts. You are an active team player and can communicate at eye level with all departments, often reaching out to our tech team to get all relevant information. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. The drive to independently familiarize yourself with new topics and develop things from scratch.
