Client Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs. Educate clients on our marketing solutions, services, and available opportunities. Assist with client onboarding and account management activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Gather and communicate client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. Support client retention efforts and contribute to long-term business growth. Maintain accurate client records and follow up on ongoing service needs. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous customer service, client relations, account management, or sales experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
