This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based earnings, ideal for a self-motivated professional who wants control over their schedule and income potential. We proudly hire veterans. About the Role This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year-round career in this market.
