Lead: Lead the overall business strategy for assigned accounts, developing and executing customer plans that drive sales growth, profitability, and market share. Serve as the primary business leader and trusted advisor for key retail partners. Drive: Drive account performance by managing forecasts, budgets, and financial plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. Influence sell‑in and sell‑through results through strategic assortment planning, merchandising recommendations, and promotional execution. Partner: Build and maintain strong cross‑functional and customer relationships, collaborating with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Operations, and retail partners to deliver solutions that support mutual business goals. Negotiate opportunities, resolve challenges, and align stakeholders to drive results. Analyze: Analyze sales, inventory, receipts, profitability, and market trends to uncover opportunities and risks. Leverage data and customer insights to make strategic recommendations that improve business performance and support long‑term growth. Develop: Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that expand brand presence and accelerate growth. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 5+ years of sales, account management, or wholesale experience. 5+ years of retail and/or wholesale industry experience. Strong financial acumen, analytical, and retail math skills. Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive results. Ability to travel as business needs require.
