What Youll Do

Help lead a high-volume, high-standard kitchen while delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution . Youll coach and develop the culinary team, lead during service, maintain strong food safety standards, and support food cost, inventory, labor, and scheduling.

What Were Looking For

• Sous Chef/Kitchen leadership experience in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or high-end polished casual
• Strong knowledge of steaks, proteins, seafood, sauces, and scratch cooking
• Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team
• High standards and strong attention to detail
• Driven to grow into an Executive Chef role
