We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Office Coordinator who thrives on helping customers and keeping operations running smoothly. (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Halo Overhead Doors has been Houston's go-to overhead door expert since 1991. We sell and install top quality commercial and residential overhead doors and we are home to the largest overhead door showroom in Houston!

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our overhead door business—answering calls, booking jobs, supporting the team, and making sure clients feel taken care of every step of the way.

Use your bilingual English/Spanish skills on a daily basis while you:

• Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, book service jobs, and keep our schedule moving
• Greet clients when they arrive to meet sales staff in the largest overhead door showroom in Houston 
• Clarify and classify calls that need review in ServiceTitan
• Process payments, pull payment details from the lockbox, and handle deposit invoices for clients
• Enter invoices against purchase orders and support general administrative workflow
• Handle third-party jobs for builder and property management accounts
• Be the reliable, upbeat point of contact who keeps things organized and customers happy

Must-haves:

• Fluent bilingual (English and Spanish)— this is required
• Strong customer service instincts and solid general admin skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks accurately and with a helpful attitude
• Solid computer skills-ability to learn quickly and adapt

Highly preferred:

• ServiceTitan experience (we’ll train the right person if you don’t have it yet)
• Overhead or Construction related experience
