Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient - Contract

A great Outpatient is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing team for a contract assignment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals tailored to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions, and educate patients and families in appropriate occupational therapy methods. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Requirements Must have graduated from an accredited school. Must hold a current state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT), or be actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification required.
