To support our continued growth and tell the stories that make Thomasville different, we are adding a Digital Media Specialist to our in-house team. This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission while helping bring our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication to life through authentic digital storytelling.We’re looking for a consistent, in-person team member who wants to be immersed in Thomasville’s culture and capture real moments from inside the organization.What You’ll DoContent Creation & StorytellingCapture day-to-day content across job sites, office life, team interactions, and company eventsCreate engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, recruiting, and brand storytellingEdit and deliver content optimized for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTubeAssist with customer testimonial videos, team spotlights, and culture-driven storytellingCollaborate closely with the Marketing & Brand team to execute content aligned with company initiativesSocial & Digital Content SupportSupport the creation of a minimum of three impactful social media posts per weekIdentify content trends and creative opportunities relevant to Thomasville’s audienceAssist with content planning and execution for company events, offsites, and internal initiativesMaintain consistency in visual style, tone, and storytelling across all platformsBrand & Culture SupportCapture internal culture moments for recruiting, onboarding, and internal communicationsHelp tell the story of Thomasville’s people, values, and community involvementWork alongside leadership and teammates to ensure content reflects Thomasville’s brand and voiceWho You AreExperienced in creating digital content for social media (personal accounts, business accounts, or both)Strong understanding of short-form video content and storytellingProficient with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similarComfortable working in-person, in real environments, and around peopleA strong communicator who collaborates well with a teamCreative, reliable, and detail-orientedPreferred (but not required):Bilingual (English / Spanish)Experience creating content for service-based, construction, or blue-collar industriesYour ImpactAs a Digital Media Specialist at Thomasville Restoration, you help shape how our story is told—internally and externally.
