Salesforce AdministratorThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the system – namely Salesforce and the Glovia application. This person works within the system daily to manage data integrity, process effectiveness and user support. Supports day-to-day use of the system. Implements enhancement or maintenance work, managing timelines and resources. This role will work hand in hand with the CRM Senior Analyst to ensure a positive user experience and efficient data processes.The top three required skills are:Salesforce Admin certificationMinimum of 2 years’ experienceExperience with the Fujitsu Glovia application or ability to learn this application on SalesforceOther required skills include:Ability to interface with and influence personnel across JMSAbility to handle and prioritize multiple workloads and requestsStrong written and verbal skills. Ability to read, write and speak in English required.Bias for action, self motivated problem solverNice to have skills include:Foodservice knowledgeCPG knowledgeExperience in supply chain and operationsA day in the life of this role includes:Support system administration functions including user access and master data maintenance. Contribute to process improvement opportunities and assist with system trouble shooting.
