Responsibilities of back of house team members:

• Prepare food quickly and accurately , helping the team to achieve an average service speed of less than 4 minutes.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure that every order is made correctly and meets Chick-fil-A quality standards.
• Keep your work area clean and organized at all times to comply with food safety and cleanliness objectives.
• Complete all training within your first 30 days , including food safety, cleaning, and BOH procedures.
• Support the team's strong performance by communicating clearly and working together during peak hours.
• Care for equipment and tools , reporting any broken or unsafe items immediately.
• Be open to feedback and grow from it , participating in performance checks twice a year with your leader.
