Seeking Part-Time Maintenance Tech for apartment properties located in Alliance, Ohio. Must have maintenance & repair experience (also preferred HVAC experience), be very reliable and self-motivated. Position includes general maintenance & repairs, apartment turnovers & miscellaneous improvements. Criminal background check will be done. Transportation & basic tools required. Mileage will be reimbursed. We are looking for approximately 30hrs/week. Position available immediately. Generous compensation to qualified applicants.
