ROI Records Specialist: Data & Patient Records
MRO
MRO Corporation provides ROI services at client sites across the United States. The ROI Specialist supports release of information requests, reviews data, and logs activities in ROI On-Line database. Duties include handling inquiries, processing physician requests, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
The role emphasizes accurate documentation and dependable performance at client facilities. Experience in ROI and medical terminology is a plus; HS diploma required.
