Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1930 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry background required (read tele).

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum passing score 80% or national benchmark, with 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum passing score at least 80%, with 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Epic test-out required.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
