Southwest Dispatch Center is hiring Alarm Dispatchers with pleasant phone voices and a proven track record of excellent communication skills to join our team in our 24/7 monitoring department in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide top-tier customer service
• Make outbound calls
• Memorize phone scripts
• Respond to emergency alarms
• Live video monitoring
• Emergency phone monitoring
• Monitoring Residential and commercial properties
• Documentation skills
• Dispatch proper authorities (PD/FD/EMS)
• Sitting for long periods
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Clear, articulate, and professional telephone voice and etiquette
• Excellent attendance required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in High-call volume environments
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced training environment.
• Ability to multitask
• Flexible availability, willing to work weekends

Requirement for this role:

• The ability to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime - we're 24 x 7!
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Ability to type a minimum of 20WPM with 80% accuracy (will be tested)
• Clean criminal background – No Felonies
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Available Shifts: 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm & 9pm-5am

This position requires the ability to work weekends, overtime, and, if necessary, fill in on other assigned shifts.
