Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver functional code. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to code reviews and follow established coding standards and practices. Learn and apply version control, testing, and documentation best practices. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects. Continuously develop technical skills through mentorship and hands‑on experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or In lieu of education, 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science or related field. Internship or project experience in software development. What You’ll Bring Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Java. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBi, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft SharePoint sites/concepts. Familiarity with web application frameworks such as React, Angular, Blazor, or .NET. Exposure to Agile development and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Git).
