Manager Trainee

Manager Trainee – Tower Loan Our full‑time Manager Development Program offers a 10‑12 month experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance incentives. Responsibilities Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Develop long‑term customer relationships and recommend appropriate services. Offer optional products to existing and new customers. Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements. Assist the manager in exceeding office goals. Support management tasks such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents. Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Willingness to relocate upon promotion to management. Preferred Experience Sales, collections, or customer service experience. Location & Schedule On‑site, Monday‑Friday 8:30AM‑5:30PM, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.
