ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and currently has a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously owned a construction company, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer relationships, and running a business.

Im a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College and a proud husband and father of twelve. Our family loves spending time outdoors - hiking, enjoying the local lake, and hosting friends and gatherings whenever we can. Were also proud to support our local community and sponsor several charitable organizations throughout town.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Clark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
