Benefits and Leave Specialist

Managing U.S. benefits and leave administration, the full-time Benefits and Leave Specialist will oversee employee benefits programs, coordinate leave processes, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely, preferably from the eastern time zone. Key responsibilities Lead administration of U.S. employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and eligibility management Administer U.S. employee leave programs and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Coordinate U.S. workers' compensation administration and conduct payroll quality assurance reviews Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in benefits or leave administration Knowledge of U.S. leave laws, including ADA and paid family leave Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially Experience collaborating effectively with employees and vendors Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
