About the Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences for employees and visitors. You’ll combine your customer service expertise, product knowledge, and attention to detail to support daily store operations and help drive sales success—while proudly representing a leader in the aviation industry.

• Location: Mukilteo, WA

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)

• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.15/hour

• Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has a welcoming and engaging shopping experience

• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Manage daily cash control procedures and maintain transaction records

• Receive, process, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments

• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain organized stockrooms

• Support merchandising efforts, including floor sets and maintaining visual standards

• Facilitate special customer orders and coordinate merchandise transfers between stores

• Prepare for and assist with annual inventory counts

• Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and other channels

• Identify and report safety, maintenance, or housekeeping concerns

• Open and close the store according to established procedures

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• At least 1+ year of retail, customer service, or related experience

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in basic business tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

• A professional attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and reliability in attendance

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience

• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or POS systems

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Self-starter with a proactive approach and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.15 per hour
