Our services include: Remodeling and renovation Painting Preventative maintenance Carpentry Drywall repair Furniture assembly Doors & windows We are looking for craftsmen/handymen with their own businesses who wish to get additional work. The craftsmen must maintain or be willing to obtain liability insurance. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties. Handle various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in various areas of maintenance and repair. Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members. A valid driver's license and truck, van, or SUV. Background, reference, and drug testing will be performed. Compensation $20.00 – $40.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
