Sales Manager

Overview:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth for a cosmetic medical center. This individual will play a key role in building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while also contributing directly to new business generation and patient acquisition.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering a base salary of $70,000 plus commission.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnerships
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Establish and execute sales strategies to expand patient acquisition and market presence
- Mentor and coach team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
- Track and manage sales performance, pipeline, and activities using CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics space
- Lead by example by actively contributing to sales and closing high-value opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, with leadership or team-building experience required
- Background in the medical field or medical aesthetics industry strongly preferred
- Proven track record of generating revenue and exceeding sales targets
- Experience building and scaling a sales team from the ground up
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
