Licensed Spa Coordinator The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for our members and clients, greeting members upon entry, orienting spa clients, and providing services to clients. Responsibilities Interview, hire, and coach staff members Conduct outreach marketing for the spa Manage daily operations, including inventory, client relationships, and driving the business to achieve financial goals and budgets Perform up to 10 treatments per week Provide orientation tours, explaining spa amenities and answering guests' questions Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programming promotions Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area Qualifications Valid NY Massage Therapy license Management or leadership experience Excellent customer service skills Friendly and outgoing personality Efficient and productive in a fast‑paced environment Basic math and money handling skills Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills Team player Pay Transparency $44.00 per session, $20.00 per hour (non‑session work); potential to earn bonus pay.
