About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner with hands-on experience in aesthetics, injectables, and IV therapy to help lead and expand our aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness services.

This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, team development, and practice growth. The ideal candidate is confident performing injections, developing personalized treatment plans, improving clinical workflows, and building lasting patient relationships.

Experience or additional training in regenerative medicine is strongly preferred . A background in functional or integrative medicine is a plus but is not required. Experience with or interest in peptide therapies beyond GLP-1 medications is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership and Regenerative Medicine

• Help develop, implement, and refine regenerative medicine, IV therapy, peptide, and wellness protocols in coordination with practice leadership and the medical director, as applicable.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, review medical histories, assess treatment candidacy, and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Evaluate patients for regenerative procedures, including PRP/PRF and other treatments offered by the practice, within training, demonstrated competency, and scope of practice.
• Establish consistent clinical workflows, documentation standards, informed-consent processes, safety procedures, and follow-up protocols.
• Educate patients about treatment options, realistic outcomes, limitations, risks, and aftercare.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Stay current with emerging research, treatment techniques, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

Aesthetic and Wellness Treatments

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and other procedures appropriate to training and licensure.
• Establish IV access, administer or oversee IV therapies, and perform intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
• Screen patients for contraindications, monitor treatment responses, and recognize and manage adverse reactions.
• Support medically supervised weight management and other wellness services offered by the practice.
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing to support assessment and treatment planning.
• Incorporate nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and integrative approaches into care plans as appropriate.
• Maintain thorough patient records and standardized before-and-after photography when appropriate and with patient consent.

Patient Relationships and Practice Growth

• Guide prospective patients from initial inquiry through consultation, appropriate treatment selection, and ongoing follow-up.
• Confidently explain treatment recommendations, pricing, packages, and memberships offered by the practice.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients through approved communication channels and patient-management systems.
• Identify clinically appropriate opportunities for complementary services and continued care.
• Help establish and monitor patient retention, rebooking, consultation conversion, and practice-growth goals while prioritizing clinical appropriateness and informed patient choice.
• Support educational events, patient outreach, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
• Coach staff on patient communication, service knowledge, follow-up, and ethical sales practices.

Team and Practice Operations

• Provide day-to-day guidance to clinical and patient-support staff.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent adherence to clinical protocols and attentive, professional patient care.
• Oversee treatment-room readiness, clinical inventory, medication and supply ordering, and expiration tracking.
• Help maintain efficient patient flow and resolve operational or patient-care concerns.
• Promote an accountable, organized, patient-centered work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in [State] and current national board certification.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Hands-on experience in aesthetics and injectable treatments.
• Experience with IV placement, infusion therapy, and patient monitoring.
• Comfortable and proficient administering aesthetic, intramuscular, and subcutaneous injections.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatments clearly and build trusting patient relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance patient care with leadership and operational responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently and leading a team.
• Knowledge of patient privacy, infection control, workplace safety, and clinical documentation standards.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of relevant experience in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, integrative wellness, or a related clinical setting.
• Clinical experience or formal training in regenerative medicine, joint injections, including PRP/PRF procedures.
• Advanced training in aesthetic injections, including dermal fillers and biostimulatory injectables.
• Experience with IV vitamin and micronutrient therapies.
• Experience in medically supervised weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.
• Experience with or interest in peptide therapies beyond GLP-1 medications.
• Background in functional or integrative medicine, including IFM or similar training.
• Familiarity with hormone health, nutrition, gut health, and preventive wellness.
• Experience developing clinical protocols, training staff, or managing practice operations.
• Demonstrated success building a loyal patient base and supporting ethical practice growth.
• An existing patient following is welcome but not required.
