Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter Location: Houston Setting: In-Person | Healthcare / Outpatient Clinic Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Compensation: $20–$26/hour base pay + bonuses & commissions On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $75,000+ annually Employment Type: Full-Time WellTech Partners is partnering with a specialized boutique healthcare practice in Houston, TX to hire a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter . This is an exciting opportunity for a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients take the next step toward care and recovery. This is not a traditional front desk or receptionist role. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading sales conversations, discussing pricing, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding prospective patients toward scheduling evaluations and beginning treatment. Position Overview As the Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients. You will manage inbound inquiries, educate patients on available services, build trust quickly, and convert leads into scheduled appointments. The right candidate is persuasive, organized, professional, and comfortable asking for commitment during the first interaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally Build rapport and trust with prospective patients Explain services, treatment outcomes, pricing, and next steps clearly and confidently Address objections and patient concerns in real time Convert inquiries into scheduled evaluations Collect deposits and secure patient commitments when appropriate Follow up consistently with warm leads and pending decisions Maintain accurate lead tracking and appointment documentation Manage multiple patient conversations and follow-up pipelines efficiently Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing pricing and requesting deposits Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Ability to commute to Houston Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in closing conversations Preferred: Healthcare, medical, or wellness sales experience Experience working in concierge or cash-based service environments Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems Bilingual English/Spanish Associate degree preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Confidently asks for the sale Communicates professionally and persuasively Remains calm and solution-focused under pressure Takes ownership of performance and outcomes Can guide conversations rather than simply answer questions Learns quickly and works independently Training & Onboarding Comprehensive onboarding and sales training will be provided, including: Phone and sales script training Service and pricing education Recorded call reviews and sales demonstrations One-on-one coaching sessions Training manuals and workflow guidance This environment is best suited for independent learners who can follow systems, implement feedback, and adapt quickly.
