Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Practice Details: Setting: Hospital + In-office clinic

Patient Volume: Clinic sees adult patients/day
Hospital: 268-bed facility
EMR: Cerner

Cath Lab / EP Work:

Hospital consults: 3 4 per day
EP cases: 4 6 per day depending on case length

Required Skills / Procedures:

Cardiac Electrophysiology experience required
Must have 100 EP cases in the last 2 years in case logs, with strong ablation experience
Must be comfortable with:
- Ablations
- TEEs
- Moderate sedation independently
- Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System

Requirements:

Board Certified / Board Eligible
AZ license required /IMLC accepted
AZ DEA required
ACLS required
Minimum 1 year of experience required
