ManagementRecruitingLearning ManagementCompensation ManagementDefine and maintain enterprise HCM architecture standards and best practices.Provide governance and oversight for PeopleSoft application design, integrations, security, and data management.Modernization Strategy & TransformationLead assessments of existing PeopleSoft HCM environments to identify technical debt, customization complexity, integration challenges, and modernization opportunities.Develop modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation initiatives.Define future-state architectures that leverage cloud-native services, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.Evaluate modernization options including:PeopleSoft upgradesRe-platformingOracle Cloud HCM Environment: on-site, Cristal City, Arlington, VACompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $115,100 - $213,700.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
