Position Details

A Multimedia Marketing Specialist creates, executes, and manages multimedia and digital

marketing content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and

company growth for both Absolute and our clients. This role combines graphic design, video

and photography, digital marketing, and AI to deliver high-quality marketing impact across

multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a project from concept through execution,

manage competing priorities, and use performance data to improve results continuously.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Role Responsibilities

● Create multimedia content including graphic design (ads, web content, social content,

other), videos, photography, presentations, email campaigns, trade show materials,

internal communications, and sales collateral.

● Manage and maintain client and internal company social media channels, website

content, landing pages, digital media assets, and marketing documentation.

● Work with marketing leadership to strategize/plan out digital campaigns; then, execute,

monitor, and optimize the campaigns. Tools will include CRM, email campaigns, paid

search, paid digital ads, social media, and other channels using performance data to

improve results.

● Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to supplement content creation and idea

generation.

Client and Team Support

● Partner with Sales, Operations, Technical Support, and other teams to support our

clients with product launches, campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.

● Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, printers, and agencies

as needed, while managing assigned projects from concept through completion.

Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement

● Ensure client-facing materials meet client brand and messaging standards and follow

client safety, security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.

● Track marketing performance, identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness

and conversion, and stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Success Measures

● Marketing project and campaign delivery

● 95%+ completed on time and on brand

● Digital performance and lead generation

● Measurable month-over-month and year-over-year improvement in website traffic,

conversions, engagement, and qualified leads

● Monthly analytics and reporting delivered with clear, actionable insights and

recommendations

Qualifications

Required

● Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of related marketing experience

● Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in email marketing, digital campaign

development/tracking, video production (post-production editing software like Adobe

Premiere Pro), graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Figma), photography (proven

track record of taking high-quality headshots, event photos, product photos).

Preferred

● Education: Bachelor’s degree

● Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of related marketing experience

● Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in photography (events, headshots, realty) and

videography (events, walkthroughs, animation, corporate training) including drone as a

licensed pilot.

Physical Requirements

● Ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and use a computer for extended periods

throughout the workday.

● Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds when supporting events,

trade shows, video/photography, or marketing activities.

● Ability to see, hear, communicate, and move as needed to perform the essential

functions of the role.

Working Conditions

● Primarily office-based, with occasional work-from-home, event, or client environments.

● Occasional travel for client visits, trade shows, company meetings, or other business

needs.
