Overview Weekly Pay: $1,192–$1,305. Schedule: Part-Time | 22.5 hours per week. School Year: 2025–2026. Setting: Pre-K / Early Childhood. Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff. Model positive behavior and social-emotional skills. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Washington State ESA Certification with appropriate endorsement. Experience in special education or early childhood (Pre-K experience preferred). Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and compliance.
