Senior Operations Manager (United States)

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve processes, and support organizational performance. The ideal candidate will provide operational leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and help ensure that business activities are efficient, consistent, and aligned with company objectives.Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and business processes.

• Support employee development, training, and performance management.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Assist leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives.
• Ensure company procedures and applicable standards are followed.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and performance management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with operational reporting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business management tools.
