Maintenance Technician

**Maintenance Technician (Equipment & Facilities)** **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM **Pay:** $35.00+ /hour DOE **Position Summary** We are seeking a hands-on **Maintenance Technician** to support manufacturing equipment and facility operations. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and repairs to minimize downtime. + Maintain HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. + Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. + Document maintenance activities and repairs using a CMMS. + Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. + Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred** + Experience with CNC machinery, automated equipment, or precision manufacturing. + Familiarity with CMMS software and PLC-controlled equipment. + Knowledge of HVAC, facility systems, and OSHA standards. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. + Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery. **ITAR Requirement** This position may involve access to information controlled by U.S. export regulations.
