You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents. Responsibilities : Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care Create a supportive and empowering learning environment Document employees’ progress through testing and observation Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications : Active CNA & CMA license Minimum of two years clinical experience Prior experience training employees Passion and drive for helping others A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
