ROLE DESCRIPTION This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Tupelo, MS, for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The LCSW will be responsible for providing clinical social work services, conducting psychosocial assessments, offering therapeutic interventions, and developing individualized care plans. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to support patients with their medical and behavioral health needs. The LCSW will also participate in case management, coordinate community resources, and provide ongoing support to patients and their families. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker by the Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists Current and active LCSW license in Mississippi Preferred: Training and experience assessing and treating adolescents and teens Familiarity with SBIRT and MAT integrated services Expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work practices Experience in Case Management and coordinating community resources Knowledge and skills in Mental Health and Behavioral Health interventions Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Previous experience in healthcare or community health settings is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
