Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing plaintiff or defense personal injury files, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from filing through trial Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents Coordinate medical record and billing requests Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and case-related documents Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial Maintain case calendars and track litigation deadlines Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and document management Qualifications Must have a minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures Experience managing litigation deadlines and case progression Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple matters and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Personal injury plaintiff or defense litigation experience Trial preparation experience Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal seeking a stable and collaborative work environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
