Labor & Delivery RN Manager
Seeking an RN Manager to oversee Labor & Delivery within the Hospital setting in the beautiful state of Vermont. This is a M-F Dayshift 8 am-4:30 pm.
Interested candidates should have 5+ years of clinical experience in the hospital setting, including 2+ years of Charge or Leadership experience. BSN is required.

Requirements of the L&D RN Manager:

Responsibilities of the RN Manager:
- Manages operations of specific nursing unit(s).
- Provides guidance and support to nursing staff, ensures quality of patient care, and collaborates with other leaders/team members to maintain efficient and effective operation.
- Key areas of focus will be new grad RN retention, patient experience, compliance with Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement initiatives, throughput efficiencies, staffing patterns, and budget management.
- The incumbent is expected to lead through strategic management, relationship management, and influencing positive behaviors.
