Microsoft Dynamics Specialist
Optomi, LLC
Optomi is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE SME to support a large financial institution as part of an application management services engagement. This role will focus on supporting ongoing operations, enhancements, and integrations within the Dynamics environment as the organization transitions to a new Banking platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with application teams and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance, while also providing administration, configuration, and ongoing support.

What type of experience does the right candidate have
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Certification in Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience in supporting enterprise CRM environments
- Strong background in system integrations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues in production environments
- Experience working within banking or financial institutions
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Provide administration, configuration, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot application issues and support system enhancements
- Support integration efforts between Dynamics and core banking systems
- Maintain system stability and performance within the Dynamics environment
- Assist with incident resolution and application support tickets
