About the Role:
Mister Sparky in Fremont, CA is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our energetic team! This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a fast-paced electrical services environment where your organizational skills will keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage PG&E applications, documentation, and related utility coordination
Submit, track, and follow up on city permits for electrical projects
Utilize Service Titan software for scheduling, job management, and customer records
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent front-office customer service
Maintain accurate filing systems for permits, inspections, and project documentation
Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to ensure job workflow continuity
Support billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience with PG&E processes and city/municipal permitting strongly preferred
Proficiency in Service Titan or similar field service management software
Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Experience in the electrical, construction, or home services industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
