What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Provide compassionate support while encouraging independence and dignity.
- Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes or concerns.
- Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day.
- Work closely with your team to provide consistent, personalized care.
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to work with seniors.
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide respectful and attentive care.
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
