Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, addressing a wide range of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop customized treatment plans that are uniquely designed to meet each client’s needs, objectives, and personal circumstances.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest evidence-based practices in therapy and counseling.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include physicians, nurses, and other mental health specialists, to provide integrated care tailored to the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, client treatment progress, and outcomes according to established protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities to enhance collaborative practices and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals receiving hospice care, which includes providing support to patients and their loved ones during a pivotal stage in their lives. You will help clients cope with emotional distress, facilitate communication around end-of-life issues, and provide grief counseling to families dealing with loss. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients feel supported and valued as they navigate complex emotions and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
