Before becoming a State Farm Agent, Tomica spent three years as an agency manager alongside a State Farm Agent. This experience provided her with a unique opportunity for personal growth while allowing her to help others and mentor her peers. Now in her fifth year as a successful State Farm Agent, Tomica leads a team of four, delivering high-quality service and engaging in meaningful, needs-based conversations with our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tomica Hodge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 12 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
