Property ManagerSage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing site employees, daily operations, and increasing the overall value of the asset. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures.Essential Functions:Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance Teams Hold staff accountable for all responsibilitiesHire and develop teamCreate schedulesConduct performance evaluationsImplement realistic and attainable goalsLead and motivate team to ensure goals are achievedCreation and oversight of budgetTimely reporting and communication with Regional ManagerOversight of all third-party inspectionsOversight of renovation projectsOther duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs.Serve as backup for any roles at the property, as neededRequirements:Minimum two years of property management experience requiredExperience with leasingExperience managing a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong leadership skillsDemonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management softwareBenefits: We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including:Medical, vision, dentalPTO401K with a company matchEmployee Assistance Program50% rental discount at stationed property, 20% at other company propertiesProfessional development in the multi-family housing industrySage Ventures is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
