Commercial/Multifamily Shingle & Siding Sales / Project Manager

Now Hiring: Commercial/Multifamily Shingle & Siding Sales / Project Manager

Are you driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of high-value commercial and multi-family exterior projects? We're looking for a Sales Professional / Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeoutdelivering top-quality roofing and siding solutions on remodels and new construction.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developers
Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to accurately define work requirements
Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs and prepare accurate bids and proposals
Lead the sales process from bid to contract execution
Coordinate and manage project timelines, crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency
Oversee jobsite execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
Conduct project walkthroughs and ensure successful project closeout
