Registered Dental Hygienist

Seeking coverage for a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They are also open to considering two part-time hygienists to accommodate different scheduling needs.

What You'll Do:

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including routine cleanings, scaling, polishing, and fluoride applications.
• Evaluate patients' oral health and review medical histories to identify potential concerns.
• Obtain dental radiographs as needed and follow established imaging safety procedures.
• Help patients understand their oral health needs and recommend appropriate home-care routines.
• Document patient visits, clinical findings, and treatment information in Eaglesoft.
• Apply proper sterilization methods and follow workplace health, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Work alongside the dentist and dental team to coordinate treatment and support positive patient outcomes.
• Incorporate EMS AIRFLOW technology, Guided Biofilm Therapy, and salivary testing into patient care as appropriate.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential patient records.
• Help patients feel informed, respected, and comfortable throughout their appointments.

What Our Client is Looking For:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license valid in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of preventive dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain treatment recommendations clearly.
• A patient-first attitude and genuine interest in promoting oral health.
• Attention to detail when completing clinical documentation and following safety protocols.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft is beneficial.
• Previous dental office experience is preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
