Job Overview

Infinity Replacement is our direct-to-consumer division, delivering premium fiberglass windows and doors through personalized in-home consultations and professional installation. We make the window replacement experience simple, seamless, and satisfying for every customer.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead our field operations teams across the Seattle and Portland markets. You'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience by developing business processes, resolving complex customer issues, and inspiring your team to consistently deliver a white-glove installation experience. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly influence customer satisfaction and overall business success.

Highlights of your role

Lead, coach, and develop project managers, installers, and warehouse staff
• Resolve customer concerns with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
• Conduct regular job site visits and engage directly with homeowners
• Execute operational plans to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Create and improve processes, policies, and procedures
• Oversee inventory management across assigned markets
• Ensure compliance with safety and installation standards
• Partner with internal teams on accounts receivable and vendor management

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong customer-first mindset
• Strategic and solutions-focused thinking
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MarketSharp is a plus)

We also want to make sure you have

• 5+ years of construction experience (home improvement preferred)
• 5+ years working with construction methods and documents
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use ladders/scaffolding
