Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Transport dry van freight across the country from Lakeville, MN, focusing on secure deliveries, professional customer care and efficient route execution. Operate late-model equipment under 3 years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by HMD’s in-house maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Core duties:

• Safely drive interstate dry van routes and protect cargo integrity.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork and electronic records.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and routine basic maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatch to meet schedules and resolve issues.

Qualifications & compensation:

• Must hold a CDL-A with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Starting pay is 65 CPM with strong weekly miles and multiple bonus opportunities.
