Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)

The role involves supporting the Branch Manager, maximizing growth, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound lending skills and sound financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting available products. Process and prepare loan applications, take and process payments, and prepare loan documents. Execute loan closings on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily and prepare the daily branch bank deposit; transport money to and from the bank as needed. Build strong customer relationships and community within the branch. Close approved and unmade applications daily, helping to build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications Basic computer skills and the ability to use a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong self-confidence, organizational skills, and a history of kindness and compassion. Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions, embrace new ideas, and be an absolute team player.
